Launch AI Works grew from a simple observation: most organizations do not need more AI theory. They need someone who can understand the business problem, work across the technology they already have, and make the pieces operate together.
Founder Jordan Mason has spent roughly two decades working where strategy, communications, operations, client service, vendor coordination, and execution intersect. That background now combines with hands-on work in workflow automation, n8n, APIs, MCP, CRM systems, WordPress, Google Workspace, AI agents, infrastructure, and systems integration.
The operating philosophy
- Start with the outcome. Technology is useful only when it improves a real result.
- Reuse before building. Use proven software and maintained components before creating custom complexity.
- Automate the repeatable; preserve judgment where it matters.
- Keep humans in control of consequential actions.
- Build for ownership and portability. Avoid unnecessary dependence on one model or vendor.
- Measure behavior, not hype. A working pilot is stronger evidence than a presentation.
Why “AI Works”?
The name is literal. We are interested in AI that works: inside existing organizations, with existing people, against real constraints, producing outcomes someone can observe and value.
